Downtown is very accessible. The place was secure and quiet as well as clean. I wish they had a fridge and microwave in the rooms to keep food and warm up leftovers.

Shower had draining issues. Reported to staff on site on first night who left a plunger for me to take care of it. Maintenance was called for the next morning who only used the plunger and left it there again. The whole time of our stay the water would over float. One of the lights went out which was also reported to front desk and it was never replaced. Will never stay there again or recommend it to any one! Extremely disappointed.

I stayed here for a day and my partner & I liked how its close to the malecon and walking distance resturants and shops. Although at night behind our window the street was busy and noisy. Also our bathroom fan was on the floor when we got there.

Not a good experience, only reason I booked here was because of the pool in pics, turns out pool had no water due to major repair(was not mentioned anywhere when booking), booked a room for single bed and was given a room with two beds because there were no single bed rooms(although I had booked room months in advance). Asked receptionist that they should in some way compensate for not having pool and not having room the I booked, receptionist was rude and said that I could go look somewhere else(this was at 10pm) and that she’s only telling everyone that complained what she was told to say by top management. Overall very bad!

Excelent customer service, pillows were not comfortable. We had breakfast at their coffee shop, it was good except the cashier was not up to speed processing bills, I had to ask twice for our bill, when I try to pay stood in front of her for 7 minutes, she totally ignored me, went to to our table and kept waiting for the waiter for 5 minutes. Thanks!
