The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-stocked, and the breakfast was decent. However, the hot water wasn't working so the shower was very cold.

Clean property and decent space. Negative review is did not find the plumbing in the shower and toilet to be efficient, inspite of complaining. Another negative review is for expedia- while booking the room looked more spacious that it actually was!

This property is run down and not clean! Our room looked as if it only ever received a change of bedding and nothing else. Hair all over the bathroom. Like balls of hair. The heating unit in the room barely worked and it was so dirty noone wanted to touch it. Breakfast was awful. Absolutely nothing in the fridge. It was literally empty. No fruit, no yogurt etc. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lady at the front desk was nice. Fruit flies in room, no thermostat and very cold, duvet was a bit dirty however sheets clean. For a cheap stay i cant complain but not a "fancy" hotel by any means.

Quiet and safe
Most important to us was that it is pet friendly as we are traveling with our dog. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Sofa in the room was an old pullout so was not comfortable to sit on. The room had a cloying smell from a deodorizer I am guessing. We could open our window while we were awake to help air it out. Seemed like a safe area. It was quiet at night.

Hotel was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Expedia not good at all. We booked for a Saturday but expedia changed it to the Sunday with no notification or explanation. Then refused to change it to the night we wanted, saying the hotel was full. After hours of phone calls they agreed to a refund if we rebooked for the original for about 100$ more. We were stuck so we agreed. But the hotel was not full. Parking lot was mostly empty.
