"I’m always sceptical when a hotel names itself as ‘good’. In this case, I need not have worried - ‘great hotel’ would have worked accurately too. Sure, the rooms are small but so are the prices. Fantastically clean and fresh. Staff are beyond friendly and the whole thing just works brilliantly. It’s not located in my favourite part of London but I had specific reasons to be there - and I was actually surprised how much the area had developed into a place where you could have an interesting stay. The proximity to the new Elizabeth line certainly made staying there convenient too. Good job Good Hotel. I recommend unreservedly! "

"Wow, what a fabulous hotel, everything was perfect, from check in with the friendly staff, to a fantastic room with a view on the 7th floor, definitely worth the money, to breakfast, every member of staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming from house keeping, security guard to front of house waiting staff. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, such was the amazing night view we didn’t close the curtains! Just a pity the sky bar was closed on Sunday as we would have liked to experience that. Just means we will have to come back! You are literally 2 mins walk via a connecting walk way from hotel to the O2. "

"Nice location with a good selection of shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. The room was a nice size with all the amenities you would expect and at a really reasonable cost for london.there were multiple travel options for central London close by. Would certainly stay again next time we're in London."

"From the moment you walked through the door, reception staff were welcoming, our room was spotlessly clean, we had friends meet us for dinner at the hotel, food was amazing, Anwar (waiter) was tentative and offered advice, large comfortable beds, nothing too much trouble, we travel a lot and this is now our no1 hotel when we fly from London City Airport."

"Overall the hotel was an excellent experience. It was close to the train which made traveling into the city easier. It is far out from most London restaurants but again the train being so close made it easy to get around. The staff was always available to assist with anything when needed. The bar however was closed during our stay but luckily the restaurant was open with a bar. "
