Great one night stay
Another nice stay at the hotel. We were in a double queen room and it had plenty of space for three. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the night lights around the outlets in the bathroom and just outside the bathroom. It made getting up in the middle of the night and early morning easier. Enjoyed having the wireless charger but did miss having a clock. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Juice was watery. Wish there was apple juice. Staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and clean. Wish they had EV charging station.

DISSAPOINTED BIG TIME
Went for a leisurely trip to visit family, we stayed 3 nites 3 days,the hotel is trying to be eco friendly by cleaning rooms every other day however on the day they were to clean (saturday) we were gone 11 hrs. we came back to our room exhausted, expecting to walk into a fresh & cleaned room however what we walked into was an unmade room !! bed not made no fresh sheets, no fresh towels, no tissue paper the 2 rolls that were on the spindle were already low when we arrived and no replacements left, not kleenex it was dissapointing to say the least. we even asked the front desk b4 leaving for the day that morning if this was the day our room would be cleaned today and we were told YES IT WOULD BE. the hotel also offered free breakfast everyday which of course we took advantage of, however the food that was served included no type of breakfast meats. and the little breakfast sandwiches they offered (which there were hardly any of) had the thinnest slice of ham I have ever seen ! they had plenty of dry cereal, never enough bread for toast, no potatoes, they ran out of pancake batter, coffee in dispensers were cold, not even enough silverware or plates. I had to ask to replenish items so that I could get something in my stomach b4 we left for the day. I wasnt the only one asking for more food to be put out, I even saw people asking for their food to be nuked so that they could have some warmer food!! ridiculous! The workers didnt seem to have any urgency to replenish anything!

Our first time staying at Home2 Suites. We needed a suite which had a sofa sleeper because there was 4 of us. The sofa sleeper only had fitted sheet. There were no pillow cases.

It served as a great place to stop over and rest for the night. There were a lot of great shopping stores near by like Costco, Target and liquor store). The breakfast menu had many ready to eat options. We would def stay here again.

The staff is absolutely amazing, fantastic, friendly and caring. However it breaks my heart that I will not be staying there again. I am disabled, can not fell my legs so I am a full time wheelchair user. I absolutely cannot do stairs and when I booked my handicap accessible room NO WHERE did it say all handicap accessible rooms are on the 2nd floor!! So I was shocked and disappointed that when I checked in the wonderful gentleman looked at me and started with an apology and said I know this makes no sense but all handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor. I know for a fact if it wasn’t for him I would have left. Unfortunately two of the three nights I heard emergency vehicles and though no alarms went off it was in the back of my head. So wheelchair and scooter users who can’t do stairs in an emergency situation stay elsewhere. My advice to Home 2 suites please advise your future disabled customers that in case of emergency you will have to use the stairs as all handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor. I can’t stress this enough the staff at Home 2 suites is exceptional and they are why I stayed. The handicap room was excellent! Breakfast was below average but again staff somehow make up for that as well. Again my advice is let disabled customers know at booking and also on Expedia and others. To all staff including cleaning crew you do an outstanding job and I truly hope your general manager tells you so.
