"It was a lovely family stay, in a suite room. we were cold though, I had to ring housekeeping in the morning regarding the heating as the radiators hadn't come on. So they brought an electrical radiator which didn't do anything to be honest. We were told the heating was on a timer. You would think this time of year the heating would most definitely have come on in the morning. "

"The one thing that stands out to me is there is no obvious area to stop the car, unload baggage and check in. I found a small lot behind the building and left my car there as I walked back to the front to check in. The car park is actually across the street and once that was explained to me it wasn’t too much of a bother. "

"Room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. To sum up our stay I would say superb value for money. "
