"We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. It is clean, conveniently located at terminal 3 of the Changi airport, and is next to the Jewel. When we checked in, the staff was very kind to give us an upgrade to our guest room. We were very happy to have the deck access to the swimming pool! The buffet breakfast (at extra cost) was nice and had a lot to offer. We like this hotel very much. It would be nice if we were provided with directions on how to get to the hotel in the email ahead of time. Even though we have stayed there many times, it was still a challenge for us to find our way through the multi-terminal airport at Changi to find this hotel. There was rarely any sign in the airport for Crowne Plaza hotel. We eventually found our way to the hotel using Google Map. "

"The Fullerton is a wonderful property. Staff are friendly, while always professional. The rooms exceed expectations. Great beds, linens, spacious and luxurious bathrooms. The location, right on the Singapore River, cannot be beat. Short walk to top museums and Lay Pa Sat hawker center. Only one minor nit - better lighting over luggage area would be great."
