Convenient location. However, I found this hotel to be one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Needs a good remodel/refurbish. Elevator filthy inside. Coming out of the elevator on the 2nd floor the carpet is very dirty. Plastic shower surround had been painted (yes, painted) Very poor paint job around the edges! Top of shower curtain was tattered. I usually give very good reviews but was turned off by the overall condition of this hotel.

Good Property. Lots of food options and shopping near by. I did not like bathroom setup. Vanity is outside of bathroom, and closed bathroom was very small. Good value for price. I personally will avoid Wingate properties because of room setup.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast on the other hand was absolutely terrible. The coffee was sour, the eggs were dry, and the orange juice was made from Tang. If you are going to stay here do not count on the free breakfast.

The property is very close to a number of shopping and dining options, as well as direct access to I84 highway. Although the room was clean, it needs some updates. The bathroom is VERY tiny. Being a taller person, my knees almost touched the door when on toilet. The shower curtain was shredded at hook attachments and the light switch for bathroom was broken. The chain on the toilet flusher broke upon flushing in the morning. I did bring these concerns up to front desk attendant when I checked out.

Overpriced, not worth what was charged but I guess for a holiday weekend everyone gets to jack up prices. For a room with a king bed, the room was small, everything cramped. Towels need to be replaced TV did not work Most hotels provide shower gel/shampoo etc. none here. I must say, the bed was comfortable.

I will start with the mild negatives, my first impression wasn’t great based on the slightly outdated appearance of the hotel and lobby, but the front desk attendant was friendly, and got us checked in with ease. The room had such a strong odor of cigarette smoke that I went down to report it in case they tried to blame me after my stay. Once I got the a/c going the smell dissipated, but the a/c was rather noisy. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets soft, the pillows just right, which is of great importance, I got a great nights sleep and a nice hot shower and breakfast in the morning so I left satisfied with my stay.

Walls are a little thin for my liking. I had a small child and I tried my best to keep her crying to a minimum but it’s very nerve racking wondering if you’re bothering other guests. Breakfast had a nice variety, staff was very nice.
