"The staff at the Hampton Inn in Fishkill were amazing! A large group of family and friends were in town from Ireland to bury their brother. We came from Boston and stayed two nights for the funeral. The staff was friendly, professional & helpful. All staff were informed of the reason for our stay and gave condolences on our loss. It meant so much. The only problem was we could not book our two rooms online, we kept getting an error message. My son spent a long time on the phone with your customer service, used 4 different credit cards and nothing worked. I ended up having to book through hotels.com. It went through no problem. I still need to add my Hilton Rewards to this booking too. The front desk asked for my rewards but we were running to the wake. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Fishkill staff are an asset to your company. "
