This is a renovated property near the train station and central to many restaurants, shopping and sites. The included breakfast was good. We felt safe and secure but the overall immediate area is in transition. The room was nice and well appointed but the rooms are configured on different floors along with other business offices. We thought it was a good value.

Beautiful design, great size rooms, close to all attractions yet quiet, the airport tram is more or less around the corner. Staff are simply lovely and the breakfast was really good. Would recommend all the time and revisit!

We loved the decor and spaciousness of our junior suite. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes to everything you want to see in Florence and a five minute walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. We would definitely stay there again.

all 5 of us loved this property including the staff, the location, and a garage space for vehicles. The rooms were decorated with a modern rustic backdrop, that played well with the old classic world romance: wood moldings creating details , patterns and interest on the walls and ceilings. The French doors were elegant but relaxed by the design! This property owner’s design team made a beautiful place for relaxing, and quiet comfortable rest after the bustle of Firenze! Stellar job!

Good location close to the rail station. Good size and clean room, with modern bathroom. Our room had no view. The Building entrance was old and could use some upkeep. Thrash was left on the sidewalk by the entrance for the duration of our stay. Instead of extending our stay, we ended up moving to a nearby hotel.

My sister and I spent one night here before moving on to another part of Tuscany. We arrived late, so had to check in at the sister hotel, which is about one block away. The room was clean and well kept but quite small; only a bed with really nowhere to sit. Great bathroom especially the shower. This would be a good room if you don’t plan to really spend much time in it during the day. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Lovely stay
We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in 2 rooms during our stay which were both very modern and clean with large comfortable beds. The location is great as in walking distance of everything. The street itself is a little rough as down a side road, but kind of expected in a city. The breakfast is minimal for €12 charge which I think could be improved by providing some more hot food, fresher bread and pastries, and milk for the tea or cereal. Overall a nice experience with friendly staff.

Green Initiative Quite Evident!
The location was perfect in regard to the proximity of the train station. The hotel team was so warm and accommodating. The room was very nice. The WiFi was a little slow at times.
