This was a very nice place. Breakfast was good and could walk from train station to it. The location was amazing and could walk to main sites and to explore. Nice staff. :)

Front desk (Dina) and staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. It was storming so we came back to the hotel soaking wet! Dina and her team made sure we got dry and warm. They even let us hang around (we already checked out!!) Marvelous customer service! Thank you!!

We were 2 weeks in Italy and this was our favorite place. Walkable to all the attractions, market, and train station. The stay was SUPER friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nicely set out each morning with great options. The rooms were on the smaller side but we were rarely in the room except to sleep.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Globus. The room was clean and cozy with a good use of space and the breakfasts were also very good. The staff was also wonderful in helping us get a Taxi to our destination for dinner.

Renovations were nice. Only 1 or 2 people with luggage can squeeze into the elevator. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Cold A/C. However the ceiling unit in our room dripped water onto the floor while running. We just put some towels on the floor. Great front desk staff and service. We asked for ice and they went to the bar(it was closed) and got it for us. Convenient location to the train station and to the central market. Second time we have stayed here
