What an excellent hotel, whilst in Florence we discussed the hotel and where we rated it against the many hotels we’ve stayed in, we put it very near the top. The room was excellent, very stylish, clean and great quality. The restaurants were great especially the rooftop restaurant. The staff were excellent, professional and friendly. A great experience.

The Calimala is very centrally located. Great food, shopping, museums, and historic monuments/cathedrals are super close. Great location and nice facility.

Hotel Calimala is conveniently located. The rooms were clean and stylish. We enjoyed our 5 night stay. I did have one issue which was quickly resolved by the front desk. Would recommend and stay again.

Excellent location to walk to most of the major attractions. Lots of dining options available, including the roof top bar which had an amazing view. Staff was kind and helpful, and I probably can't say enough about how accommodating they were. Rooms were clean. The area around the hotel is the center of it all so would not recommend if you want quiet. Great spot if you want to enjoy the excitement of Florence.

From the moment we arrived everything was great. The staff brought out bags to the room (and there were quite a few) and we had a welcome drink at the bar. There was an awesome dj playing and the bartenders were great! Perfect location, great breakfast, and amazing helpful staff!

Truly the best location. It’s in the center of it all. Staff is amazing. Cannot say enough about the staff. Rooms were small but you’re not really in them enough to care. I thought our room had a view but it was in to another room 😩 Rooftop bar was closed when we stayed there but lobby bar was open and those bartenders were beyond amazing.

Excellent rooftop bar and dining
Hotel was in the perfect location. Everything was clean and seemed recently remodeled. The best was eating at their rooftop restaraunt! The view was amazing. Skip the breakfast and go to a local place steps outside of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit pricy.
