I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—my experience with the staff was disappointing. I requested something as simple as an extra towel or a tiny shower gel, I was met with disapproving looks, as if I had committed some sort of crime. In particular, Andrea was incredibly rude and made me feel very unwelcome and sounded racist . A little bit of friendliness and understanding from the staff, especially Andrea, would have made a huge difference in my stay. Unfortunately, this kind of attitude overshadowed what could have been a much more pleasant experience.

The room was very spacious and overall a great place to stay during our time in Florence. Very close to the tram which either takes you to the airport or the city centre in under 30mins. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated.

Very nice hotel.
Very nice and clean hotel. Room is very big and spacious. Staff was very friendly. The only thing that we didn’t appreciate was the fact that we booked a room with a kitchenette and after we booked we got an email saying that if we used the kitchenette, we would be charged 28€. Seems a bit weird. Also, check out at 10 am. A bit early.

There is a grocery store that is a 3 minute walk and a kitchen with a fridge and microwave which was nice to have. There were also bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived which was a nice surprise. We arrived after 8pm due to train delays and the staff was in communication with us to ensure everything was ready when we arrived and it was fast and easy to check in. It was a quick and easy 15 minute walk from the main train station but we also utilized the tram which is 1.75€ for 75 minutes and right around the corner (3 minute walk, from the hotel. The staff were kind and even gave us a bike to use one day when we needed to get across town for something. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side was laundry was 8€ to use the washer and 5€ for the dryer which only went 15 minutes at a time.

Decent stay
We only stayed for the night. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was further to the train station than we had gauged and there wasn’t much real close as far as food, etc. we walked about a mile to eat dinner and it is a high traffic area. If you are staying in Florence for awhile, this is probably a good choice because of the apartment size. The bed was very firm, but most the places we stayed in Italy tended to have firm beds.

트램정류장 코앞이고 공항 기차역 다 한번에가서 무거운 짐 들고 너무 편하게 이동했어요. 룸컨디션도 너무 깨끗하고 좋고 주방이 딸려있어서 매일 저녁은 숙소에서 먹으면서 쉴 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 이번 유럽여행중에 가장 만족했던 숙소에요!

Great size apartment rooms. Good size living area and king size beds. Great for family. Basic room, hotel has no.facilities. Breakfast included and they delivered to your room daily. Wish they has more variety though.. miffins or toast or even a hot breakfast croissants daily can get a bit tiring. Plus they were not very fresh. However, it was included so you get what you pay for. Nothing much around the area but a great little restaurant recommended by staff and that did not disappoint. A poplular.pizza place and a few sandwich places. All delicious.

The rooms are basic, very clean, with good linens and towels and plenty of hot water. It is a short walk to the tram stop into Central Florence or to the airport, and there are some nice restaurants and shops a few blocks away. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Top spot near town.
An excellent location, less than 10 minutes from Snata Maria Novella by tram, the stop is 2 minutes away. Also, a lovely little area about 2 or 3 hundredeeters away with shops, bakery, bar/restaurants if you don't fancy going into town. Everyone we met was lovely and helpful from check-in to check-out. The apartment we had was on the top. Floor and had a tiny little terrace which was lovely for having coffee in the morning. The apartment was spacious, nicely laid out, plenty of wardrobe space, and the bed was big and comfy. Our son slept on the sofa bed which was also comfortable. The only slight issue was that although there is a kitchen in the apartment, it is just a microwave, and if you want to cook at all (we made breakfast every day) it costs extra to get an induction hop plate and a couple of saucepans, but it costs very little really.
