We would definitely stay here again. There were some minor maintenance issues but nothing that would keep us from wanting to stay. The breakfast options were plentiful, but hot food was very bland. The pool is well kept and towels always stocked. Housekeeping ladies were always so joyful in doing their job, laughing and quietly singing along to their music. It's a bit inconvenient to get out of the parking lot, there's a center island preventing you from turning left which is the direction to get out of the shopping center area. So you have to go up the road and turn around in order to leave. The room was spacious, kitchen stocked with all supplies we could need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows! The staff were professional and pleasant. We considered it a great value for our money.

Staybridge is the best place to stay in thre Folsom area. Staff is amazing and friendly, all this customer service should be. From check in to check out the experience was exceptional. I'll stay there every time from now on.

Imagine you walk in to the room and see the kitchen counter is greasy and dirty! Imagine after you cleaning the counter and want to sit down and rest, you notice two empty beer cans and food crumb all over the couch!! That is what I found in my room. I couldn't believe I paid more than $300 a night and got this kind of room. This is unacceptable to any class, not even a motel! I told the front desk when I checked out. She claimed the manager would call me and compensate their fault. Time had gone by hours, no call at all. Very disappointed and not please about the service!!

Great family vacation!
we had a wonderful day at this hotel. The six of us really enjoyed having a kitchen in our room as well as the free breakfast every morning and the free snacks in the evening. personally, my favorite part was the Dr Pepper on tap, which I could enjoy every morning and every every evening during these food times. The staff was friendly and helpful and various responsive to my minor request. The indoor pool was warm and clean had plenty of towels. Great location right off the freeway. We stayed here so we were halfway between Sutter’s Fort and Sutter’s Mill, which was the ultimate goal of our vacation. we had two adults and four children in our party and we were all able to Have a place to sleep. Only negative would be I wished the couch pullout bed larger than a single as one of my kids had to sleep on the chase instead of sharing the bed.
