"I loved this hotel. It's small, quiet and beautiful. The common areas are lovely for hanging out. Our room had a gas fireplace and so we were able to make it nice and cozy despite the cold. The bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and spoke highly of the owners. The owner communicated directly with me via text. I want to go back to Buffalo, just to stay at this hotel again. "

"Nick was a good host. Answered pre booking and pre arrival questions promptly. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Note this is a second story rental and parking is available streetstide (i.e. first come). From a visitor perspective, the neighborhood seemed very safe. Caffe Aroma was within one bock; a very nice coffee, pastry and breakfast sandwich option. We also had dinner and drinks at Cole's, a short walk for beers, cocktails, wings and more. Plenty of walkable options. "
