"This place was fabulous. We stayed in The Madison and it was beautiful, cozy and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Very reasonable price for the area. If you are someone who needs a front desk and lots of attention to check-in/out, you won't get it here. Instead everything is done electronically which suits me fine, it's very efficient and they know what they're doing. If you need anything, you can call or text the manager and they are very responsive. They email and/or text you your codes about an hour before check-in and it works beautifully. The instructions are very simple to follow. The only 2 things I didn't love, and this is personal to me YMMV, the rain shower was very pleasant but fixed into place and not at all adjustable, however, if you're very tall you will love it! Also I personally don't like one side of the bed up against the wall, but that's just me so take that with a grain of salt. Overall 5 stars."

"The property is as advertised, clean, and very spacious. The hosts were very responsive from start to finish. The location is terrific, and if you end up parking on the street opposed to the lot, there is plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this place!"

"What an amazing place and find in Buffalo. Breakfast was stellar and we even got upgraded. Thank you. In the morning, we had warm scones and a healthy parfait with home made granola. We will be back for sure!"
