"The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. "COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”"

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. The family running the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was cosy, well decorated and very clean. The breakfast was also very good. Only minor improvements I would recommend would be providing a fan for the room (it was a hot few days in Austria, and the room was quite warm at night). Additionally, a mirror in the bedroom close to a plug for using the hair dryer would be useful (there was a mirror in the bathroom, but no plug nearby). We'll definitely stay here again in the future."
