The complimentary free breakfast was a nice touch I'm all for free a meal and all the coffee and Juice i can have, the room We stayed in was always cleaned nicely, and the whole Hotel had such a quiet environment which I like, Plus I had the best sleep during my stay,

Avoid this hotel, its gross, photos are very old.
The pictures in the website were clearly from a long time ago as the rooms were nowhere near as clean and the pool omg was so gross. In the picture the pool was prestine, but in reality it was covered in patches of brown and smelt terrible. The hot tub was also not working when we arrived which they did not tell us, I also saw many other people go to use it only to see the out of order sign. My youngest son got super stuffed up and coughing while in the room, but when we went out during the day he was fully cleared up. Upon arrival my oldest wanted to take a shower, we had only hand towels in the room. When I went down to ask for towels they didn’t even seem sorry that there were no towels in the room. I asked to upgrade to a suite and was told they do not have suites, which was a lie. My husband and I stayed there years ago and it was wonderful. It has clearly been taken over by new management since and has gone WAY downhill. I will never stay or recommend anybody stay at this location. Also the paperwork they have in the elevator for inspection was last done in 2018 and only one of the two elevators has the inspection sheet. The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the security guard they had on site was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was bad. Coffee tasted terrible, waffle machine didn’t work then the next day it worked but either the batter mix was wrong or the lack of non stick spray made it impossible to make waffles (fell apart when tried to remove), muffins were overcooked, fruit was gone and not refilled, milk was gone, and it wasn’t near the end of serving time.

Nice hotel but needs an Uigrade.
Hotel needs an uplift. There is a musty smell in the hotel and the pool area needs a good Reno to spruce it up. The mechanical room door doesn’t close or lock so it sits wide open with no supervision. Our room was clean and seemed to be updated. Beds were comfy and the shower worked great. Doors could be updated with new doors with tap and ones don’t require you to pull hard to close. Continental breakfast was great and had a variety of items.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was average, nothing to rave about. The coffee at breakfast was terrible. Pool area was decent, the kids pool was very tiny. Staff were very friendly.
