My car was safe in the parking lot, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Not to mention the cleanliness of the entire hotel made me happy. I am always so stressed to stay in a hotel because there are many in this city with bedbugs or other issues and this hotel I was very pleased with and will definitely be getting my business again in the near future.🙂

There was a stain on the bedsheet that looked like blood. We called the front desk and was transferred to a room on another floor, apart from our family. They said that there are no available rooms similar to the one that we have booked. No other accommodations accorded to us. It was just another issue, treated like a minor thing. Disappointed with this, we had our expectations set after reading the reviews. Breakfast was limited to scrambled eggs and bacon. The usual cereals, with 3 choices and you make your own waffle, no other choice for other toppings. Nothing special about this hotel.
