Paid for a king sized room that wasn't given!
We paid for a king sized room and requested a top floor room if available. Because there are no king sized beds on the top floor they downgraded the booking to a queen accessible room without notice or price adjustment. When we arrived they were booked and wouldn't change the room. No closets or hooks. Horrible room. Overpaid for a room we weren't given .

Very good and convenient budget hotel for overnight stop for road trips along the Trans-Canada. Overall spacious, well kept and clean except the carpets are getting stained and worn. The included breakfast is very good with a lot of variety including pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hash browns, yogurt, cereals, toast and muffins. Not much fruit though, just oranges the two times we have stayed there recently. It is located in the middle of a commercial area on the outskirts of town. There are some chain restaurants about a 10 min walk away across some busy streets near some shopping centres. We would stay again but wish they would give the carpets a good steam cleaning.

The location was fairly isolated from the city and Map quest had a difficult time locating it. Staff were friendly. Convenient parking could be an issue if you arrive late. The room was clean, except for the carpet. Bed linens were wrinkled on one of the two double beds. Breakfast was good. Overall a good place to stay if you are just passing through, with quick access to the highway.

This hotel was ok. I had booked for a week as parent was in hospital. The first night my air conditioner was not working. When I inquired the next morning I was told - oh yes there’s a note saying it needed to be fixed. You do not put anyone in a room that has broken ac. So then I had to wait for a room to be made available to move my belongings- no discount was offered for the inconvenience. The fitness room had no ventilation either so that was a let down as that was a reason I picked ut.

When we checked in, it was obvious that the bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned. However, I mentioned it to a front-desk person and she immediately went and cleaned it. So kudos to her. She was great.

We have been travelling Eastern Canada for 3 weeks and this is THE BEST hotel we have stayed in. Clean, quiet, new, family suite was perfect for us. Yes of the breakfast area for an evening card game was very much appreciated. Having hot water and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby is great for weary travelers. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted great. Really like the park right outside your door feature. This hotel is a 11/10 in out books

The property is in good shape and appears to be well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was very good and offered more than the typical, stripped down Continental Breakfast. The bedding was very comfortable as were the beds. The pillow case material and/or the pillows were great and were not a source of heat when sleeping. Nice and cool.
