"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was no difficulty communicating with them at all. The accommodations were gorgeous. Very modern and clean with Japanese touches to it. Our villa had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and waking up to that view is something out of a dream. The staff cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was divine. Once we were ready to checkout, the staff gave us a ride to our taxi via golf cart and sent us on our way with big smiles. If you’re thinking about staying here, absolutely do it! You will not regret it! "

"I loved the cabins, the sauna and hot rob were amazing. You can see Mount Fuji from right outside the cabins, which was pretty cool. The staff were also amazing. I definitely recommend this place."

"The room itself was nice. Very quaint. But the sink leaked, nobs on the shower doors fell off and ants were readily present. The property looked tired and rundown. I could tell at one time it was a modern type resort, however, time has not been kind to the facilities. Grass was overgrown, bushes were untrimmed, sidewalks were covered with moss and weeds. The staff was nice, but due to the remoteness of the property we had to rent a taxi to go pick up a pizza we tried to get delivered. I am not adverse to staying here again, but I would explore other options first. "

"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "
