Small rooms (VERY small rooms), but they were clean, cool and the bed was comfortable, and the locality was amazing being close to Hakata wharf and the street food street down towards Canal City. A great hotel for young people. The staff were nowhere to be soon but I imagine that's kind of the point (the check-in is done by automated dinosaurs and we didn't see a single staff member in our two nights there). Overall, a very quirky and cool vibe.

Very close to shopping and eating areas, easy to get to from subway station, fun and entertaining check in process, clean and provide breakfast, afternoon tea and bar throughout the day. Next to convenience shop too

Room was a little tight for 4 people with luggage, but the amenities that came with the room was well worth it. The cookies and drinks were great for the kids and the cocktail hour was great for the adults.

Aside from the unique receptionists, the sound effects and images covering the outside wall were also a nice touch. Whole process was very simple for checking in and out.

Unlike general hotels, this hotel doesn’t have front staffs welcome you at the front reception but a robot! Everything is managed by automated devices except the restaurant on the ground floor. Other than that, it’s a very typical business style hotel with no expectations on hospitality.

The hotel was a great location for us, walk-able to many food stalls and the Sumo tournament. The provided tablet and "Handy" devices was helpful for navigation. There was someone available to help with check-in when our passports weren't scanning properly, so the entire process felt easy.

The location is good and convenient. The hotel is new, clean, and unique as there are two dinosaurs as receptionist. It would be nicer if there is complimentary coffee in the room.
