"This was possibly the most welcoming and well appointed room we have experienced in all of our travels. Very comfortable bedding but the moment we walked in, we were wowed. Only booked a standard room so didn’t expect the amenities, roominess, convenient hooks around the room which were incorporated into the lovely decor. Welcome basket of treats and a Treat Suite on each floor were a nice touch. Everything was conveniently located and a great spot to walk to Seaside to explore. Just loved the Watercolor Inn."

"Wow, wow, wow. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are jaw dropping. Besides its beauty, this home is well-appointed with everything you may need, including dish ware and utensils for the babies. This is a great house for family reunions or group trips because there are many spaces to sleep and hang out. You really don't need to leave the home but Seaside is just a 7-min walk away for shopping or quick bites. The property manager, Nada, deserves her own glowing review. She was very attentive, responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. She's incredibly detail oriented - it gave us so much peace of mind to work with her.I'm already thinking of an excuse to go back! "

"This property was exactly as advertised. Its location was excellent. We didn’t use our car during our entire weekend stay. We walked to the beach and all the various restaurants nearby. The studio was small but perfect for what we needed, clean and had all the amenities we would need, including kitcehn appliances, dishware, glassware, and silverware. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend this property.. "
