The lady of chicken was extremely rude. The drain in our bathtub did not drain. It would take every bit of 12 hours to drain after taking a shour. Breakfast with breakfast was minimal at best. They did not clean our room after we checked in and was there for 5 days never never even brought us. Fresh towels or came to collect the trash. Or anything. When we checked in, we was told several things they would not do for us but absolutely nothing about what they would do for you.I will not be returning

I understand that they got hit by hurricane Beryl several months ago, but I feel like they should have shut the hotel down to make the necessary renovations before allowing you to stay there. The room and floors were dirty, the shower didn’t work (pin to convert from faucet to shower head just pulled completely out), baseboards weren’t on the walls, and the bathroom smelled strongly of mold/mildew. They gave you 15 mins after check in to cancel your booking for a refund, but I had this reservation booked for months and was given no warning about the state of the hotel prior to arrival, so would have had to make last minute plans if we cancelled. Staff was nice, but the facility was poor.

Great staff! It was a very pleasant stay after all the struggle i went thru at other hotels that were just nasty. The floor was dirty, baseboards down and maybe even during there for a while, hence the dirty floors. I was abused they were finishing up renovations and that i had a 15 min windrow to change my mind if i didn't like the room. That was a wonderful little bonus. The room was not bad just needed a little tidy up. Extra extra bonus.. right across from the ocean. So easy accessible and a very affirdable rate! *beware there is extra charge for parking. That was a disappointment but the beach access made it worth it.

The baseboards of the room were on the floor, part of the bed frame was missing, broken wondows around the property, building literally was missong pieces, tarps were being used for parts of the roof, every surface was dirty. We had to stay somewhere else because of it.

We didn’t even stay at this motel when we arrived half the roof was blown off and tarps covering most spots with blocks on top holding the roof down you walked inside and it smelled horrible. The pictures on the site are nowhere near of what it actually looks like.

Liked the short distance to cruise port. Did not like that they charged seperate from fare price additional 15 for safety parking fee that charged seperatly. We arrived and waited over an hour to be helped.On our room they we small roaches crawling by the ceilings and trash cans inside our room.

Apparently the hotel had been damaged by a previous hurricane. All of the lower floors were damaged and under refurbishment. The baseboards throughout the room were off the walls, there was mold on the ceilings, rust on the lamps. I will never book with this hotel again.

This placesbwas nasty. It smelled bad and the baseboards were being held up by the furniture. They said this was due to the hurrican but the hotel down the street was fine. There were roaches that were crawling around. They charge $15 for parking and give you 15mins to check the room out to see if you really way stay there. Which should say alot for the place.

This Hotel was HORRIBLE !!! I've never in my life have seen a hotel in such bad shape I can't believe a place like that it's listed in Expedia It was a nightmare It was dirty, there were roaches, all the base boards were half removed so you can see big wholes in the walls..it doesn't surprise me that even mice were in the room. The shower head was removed from the shower and it was just hanging there broken,......that is ridiculous. The TV didn't work, because the internet wasn't working and the walls were stained with purple paint . I took pictures so I have proof of all mention above. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED
