Love this property traditionally. We stayed in a suite this time due to have a family of 6 versus our normal 4. The suite room 342 was not well taken care of. The shower head had not been cleaned in some time, the toilet wobbled on the tile, mold around the light switches and around the AC vents. Outside of that the location and staff is great.

My friend and I stayed here one night prior to boarding cruise ship. Fun area and very walkable. Good restaurants around the corner. Shuttle took us and luggage to ship. Very convenient!

A bit disappointing
For the price, this was a bit disappointing. The beds were really comfortable but that was the highlight of the stay. The location is great for walking the historic strand and the lobby of the hotel is beautiful. As for the room, we rented a junior suite with 2 queen beds for a girls weekend. The room’s nightstand was really wobbly/uneven. The plugs where they did exist were weird and loose so the cords wouldn’t stay put. The bathroom was oddly small and through the closet area, it was too dimly lit for doing makeup. The coffee maker had to be put on the floor near a plug because there was no other place to plug it in the room. There was a wet bar area in a nook along the wall around a corner but it had no plugs. It was just a really odd room over all, spacious but not user friendly. It was 50/50 on the staff. Some were nice and some just seemed unhappy to be there. Overall, it was kind of disappointing and I don’t know that I would stay again.

Very nice accommodations and liked the recent updates to the hotel. The only issue we had was the valet app to request your car. It was very confusing and was more trouble than it was worth in saving time.

Additional shuttle charge to port
Amazing stay! 9/10 recommend! My only issue is additional charge for shuttle to cruise port, for upwards of four hundred per night I expect a shuttle for a hotel catering to the cruise port to be included.
