"The location was great. The house has a great layout, but the amenities/details were not very well attended too. Kitchen cabinets were disorganized and some had junk in them, there were no extra blankets and the blankets available were thin. Most of the towels were over used and old. There were no dish towels, very limited toilet paper and paper towels. There was garbage stacked on the side of the house. The pictures were not representative of the current state of the furniture and home. "

"We had a great trip enjoying the snow! The house itself is old, and definitely needs some repairing, but nothing major that required immediate maintenance. I would say if you go during winter, bring blankets! Theirs are pretty thin. Great backyard! The owners were great and checked in with us throughout the stay. And overall it is what you would expect for the price range, and from the description.It was exactly what we needed for our family trip. No extras, nothing fancy, but great location, accurate listing, easy check in and.out, and the neighbors were so nice and friendly (even helped us by plowing and salting the driveway)! We will be back for sure! "
