"From start to finish of our stay the staff were unbelievable!! We were greated by a lovely gentleman who escorted our luggage for us into the main desk; where we were then greeted by a lovely lady to check us in & offered early check in… which was perfect for us as we were just off a long overnight flight with no sleep! They also decorated our room as it was our anniversary. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were perfection. Daily cleaning was done and room was brand new again. Walking distance 15 mins to JBR beach which was perfect for us! Overall great choice of hotel for Dubai. Many thanks !!!"

"The hotel is in the most perfect location for being right in the centre of it all. You can easily walk along the beach, to bluewaters island and the marina and there are SO MANY fantastic dining options. It’s also only a 25mins (ish) drive to Dubai mall for the Burj and fountains. It’s about 45 mins away from the airport without traffic. The hotel is lovely, clean etc just not one of the newest hotels. We were greeted very warmly by reception and really appreciated that our room was ready when we arrived early. We had a luxury room with a balcony and view of the beach / Ain wheel which was well worth the extra money - fantastic views. The bed was massive and comfortable. Nice rainfall shower and separate bath too. Room service / housekeeping were good.. if we needed anything extra and let reception know it would be sorted quickly. The pool / pool area is nice but unfortunately only gets the sun between about 1pm and 4pm. The beach is public which is fine but it’s quite expensive to hire sun loungers each day (about £27 per day). Not the fault of the hotel and this would be an issue for all hotels but the only thing I would say is that it is pretty noisy at night with cars revving every night until about 2 or 3am. This wasn’t a problem for us as we mostly stayed up very late and I’m a heavy sleeper m but it you go to bed earlier or are a light sleeper then it’s something to consider! Even with white noise on both our phones it was still loud. "
