Great location/ lovely room/ very helpful staff/ good food Lots of roadworks around the hotel /( not any fault of the hotel) but Glasgow Council needs to get this resolved fast/ the whole area in a total eyesore

A great hotel with incredibly convenient parking, spoiled by badly done, sloppy yet extensive roadworks being carried out in all the streets around the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, but still not nice

The on-site parking garage was really great with all of the construction going on around town. All of the facilities were clean and high quality. Would definitely book here again.

Easy access to the city. Room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy and right at the hotel. The restaurant fooled us hard…we got food poisoning from the “fresh” fish special which ruined the following two days of our vacation. The breakfast was mid at best.

We were assigned a room on a floor with apparently no HVAC but were not told this until we discovered it ourselves after dinner. We asked for and received additional duvets to keep warm. We weren’t offered another room but were told they were “working on it” and maybe it would be fixed during the night. The next morning it still wasn’t working. We did receive a partial refund but it was not a pleasant night. The area around the hotel is a total construction zone. Maybe it will be nice when the work is finished but for now it is not.
