Awesome Stay
Hotel had excellent guest service experience. Everyone was super! We had an issue with hotel com site and the desk supervisor sorted it. The dining staff especially Oliver was great but so was his evening wait staff supervisor, got some 🍴🍴 as the take way forgot to put them in the bag.

Once good, now just really expensive.
We have been coming to the hotel for several years and it was amazing to start with but now it seems that everything is a lot more expensive for a lot less provided. The rooms are getting tired, the bathroom was dirty. The food is really expensive in the restaurant now so we ended up eating out. I think this might be the last time we stay at this hotel.

When we arrived we had booked a twin room the room that they gave us was a smaller room with twin single beds pushed together as a double, so we complained. We were then shown another room which was slightly bigger but the two beds were still pushed together - we asked for the room to be made into a twin. The girl on reception did not seem to grasp what a twin room was.. The meal was luke warm, so they took it back and reheated it, we were not given a new one.

Mostly a good hotel, the extension has been built cheap with wooden floorboards so you hear everything. The shower pressure was very poor. The quilt cover was a queen size with a king duvet so there was a lot of material empty. Staff were very nice. When they have weddings/functions on there isnt enough car parking.
