"We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again."

"Lovely long weekend staying to celebrate a family members 60th birthday. Lovely cottage and surrounding areas, easy commutable distance to activities. All amenities thought off and lovely touch with some Halloween decorations which were enjoyed by all. Communication was amazing and the managers helped with making sure our surprise worked. Very spacious property and everything we thought out for everyone staying. Thank you for a wonderful stay"

The lady owner is lovely and very helpful but Vrbo weren’t helpful and I had to ring them on three different occasions and then had to contact the owner for help paying and other details. The owner contacted vrbo for me and eventually I could pay. The lodge was amazing and felt like home xxx"
