Nice hotel but hard to find on the GPS
The biggest problem with our stay was our inability to locate the hotel. We circled around 3 or so times as there was no signage at the road level. Finally we pulled into a business park to call found the hotel at the end. Very frustrating.

I recently stayed at Drury Plaza in Richmond. It was my first time hearing of the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I received great customer service from the Asst District Mgr. Brenda. She was very courteous and helpful. I shared my experience with some family and we are definitely planning to stay at Drury when we visit the area again.

Everything was beyond our expectation and the staff, every person we encountered, was friendly, kind and welcoming. The complimentary food and drink was much better than other hotels. Jerome at the front desk was leaving for the day and saw us waiting to check out and came back, logged back in and got us taken care of while the other employee was taking care of someone else. We felt very taken care of.

I was so pleasantly surprised, this room was the cleanest room I’ve stayed in some time the linens smelled so fresh and clean. Also, the staff were amazing! They were all so kind and check in was a breeze. Food was also good, which was so convenient after driving all day we were able to grab some food then just head back to the room to relax.
