The floor was filthy. Spilled water; wiped it up; cloth came up literally black. Hair (dog or cat ??) literally all over the floor. Told receptionist. They had room ‘deep cleaned’. Shouldn’t that be done before room is rented out?? Nice breakfast bar. Had to pay for parking, which we were not expecting.

Friendly Service & Convenient Location!

We had a great stay at TRU by Hilton in Phoenix for the Cardinals game! The staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The hotel was spotlessly clean, & although we didn’t use many of the amenities, everything we saw looked well-kept & inviting. The breakfast was delicious & offered a nice start to our day. One of the highlights for us was the hotel’s fantastic location—it’s right next to a shopping outlet & close to downtown, with plenty of food & activities nearby. It’s the perfect spot to park your vehicle & walk around for the weekend. Overall, a wonderful stay & a great choice for anyone visiting the area!

This was our first time staying here. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the perfect spot to all attractions. The breakfast was a very nice surprise, very good and good variety. I will definitely be back.
