"Pluses: Timely communications & new apt (2020). Negatives: Renters are cheap - e.g. (1) only roll of tp (we rented for 4 nights), only 1 pod for dishwasher, no laundry soap, no dish cloths - told us to use the small roll of paper towels, no toaster, no spices or condiments, minimal pots & pans (2) it is not a pull out couch, just a wide couch (3) worst part was a plugged shower drain so the water accumulates meaning you're standing in someone else's dirt. Renters were quick to fix it."

"Everything was excellant, only down side wad the water did not get hot enough in the bath tub, to properly soak. I made due and still had a very relaxing night by myself. Thank you so much, i was much needed "
