It was a good place for holiday the location is like 5 min walk from the beach and tram station, the sauna the pool 👍, however the curtain in our room have so many holes, and on the 2nd day there was cockroach in our room

Everything was great however the curtains were super dirty, the couches were in pretty bad shape, the tv didn’t work properly, the iron is broken. The entire stay there the apartment had a weird smell as well as you entered despite trying to air it out. That was just our room though I guess, overall the place has amazing views and located close to everything.

King bed, washer and dryer and foxtel tv, didnt use much else as out every night and most afternoons. They had full kitchen but we didnt need to use it. Staff on reception who checked us in was absolutely lovely. Location was easy to get in and out from.

Great location close to tram, walking distance to the beach and town. The two bedroom apartment was nice with a balcony and the beds were comfortable. We didn't really spend much time at the apartment or in the complex but it was a great base at an affordable price.

We always enjoy our stay at Artique, though you never fully know what configuration of apartment you're going to get when booking through Expedia - some are better than others. Our last stay was comfortable but the tiled floor was very dirty and clearly hadn't been mopped between customers as I ended up wiping the kitchen and entry floor down and easily removing the dozens of dirt spots and marks. The property is a great place to stay and the amenities like the pool and the gym are beautiful

The property was safe, quiet, walkable to the beach, shopping & dining places. It has excellent facilities eg free parking, swimming pool, sauna & gym. Jai at the reception/resevation during office hrs was attentive & very helpful. The after hrs reception was also handy when we encountered some issues during our stay.
