Love that they've really catered everything to families with young children. Down to the decor in the main areas are all soft/sturdy and not easily broken by wandering toddlers. The staff are all friendly and obviously used to interacting with children. The dining situation was convenient, being able to order via a QR code at your table. I loved that breakfast was open early at 6:30am as my kids were up early, and that they gave out colouring pages crayons during dinner time to keep the kids busy. Plus there is a small play area in the dining room to keep kids busy while the parents continue eating. The multiple playgrounds and huge water play areas are an obvious win. I also love that because most of the guests are families, absolutely no one bats an eye when your child is loud/crying or makes a mess because everyone is used to it. My only gripe is that the ferris wheel and carousel are only open for a very small window each day so it's hard to catch if you plan on spending the day out. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

They stay was good. It is a place for kids and they had a blast. However the hotel staff aren’t very friendly they didn’t have a smile in their faces. I get that they are busy and must be frustrated from the kids screaming and running around but not a single staff had a smile in their faces through out the whole stay.

Although the children's activities are great and there is always something to do in the resort, the amenities and rooms are very basic and outdated. A little luxury would've made the stay worth it.

Check in was great, I arrived at 10.00am and was able to check in straight away and get the excited kids to the pool. Food was OK, it was standard hotel food. Breakfast was continental with paid for hot extras, everything was served to you on tiny side plates which is quite annoying when you're with small children and you need to visit the counter multiple times. I suppose this was to keep waste to a minimum. Lunch and dinner was the same menu, you could eat at the pool or in the restaurant. The restaurant closed at 8.00pm which is very early for myself. There's no adult lounge or area to enjoy night drinks, a snack and a bit of music. By 9.00pm everything is more or less quiet and bedtime for most. Lots of activities for the kids to do during the day but most are paid extras. The walls are pretty thin in the rooms, you can hear next doors TV and almost everything from the hallway. But with that being said it's a family hotel and everything is quiet from 9pm onwards.

This resort has a good family friendly environment but with poor service and housekeeping. Great pool and aqua park, playground, activity room for kids. Awful service, no one clean our room The broken microwaves anf garbage bags were left on the corridor toward our room. Too noisy becaue of being located near the main street

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at the Paradise Resort. It really is paradise for kids with every need catered for. All of the staff are so friendly and want to make sure that the kids are always happy 😊 Even though we ventured out, you really could spend all of your time in the resort! Waterpark
Kid enjoyed the waterpark. Lots of activities for children and family. A little bit noisy from street coz garbage truck came to pick up rubbish very early. We did enjoy our stay! Friendly staff!

This is a great family resort! The amenities and activities for kids was excellent. We took our 4 year old and 2 year, and although a lot of the activities catered to older kids, they were still able to enjoy some activities (muffin decorating and building a bear). They loved the pools and the food was very kid friendly. We’ll definitely be staying again.
