Great spot! Rustic on the outside but updated on the inside. Plenty of onsite options and right next to a grocery store with plenty of food options, clothing, hiking supplies, souvenirs, and all at normal pricing.
We stayed in a room with two double beds and were a family of 4.
The room had a coffee machine (used with pods), no kettle. There was also a bar fridge.
The bathroom was a great size and nice and clean. There was also good hanging space and a table to use as well as a large tv.
We had deer outside our door each morning and afternoon. Was walking distance to the shuttle bus stop and also to the supermarket/lounge area.
Basic accommodation, but was nice and relaxing and quiet. A great spot to stay to enjoy the best that the Grand Canyon South Rim has to offer.
Free and easy parking made getting around nice and easy.
The area was great. It was on the path for the shuttle bus. My only complaint is that there was a smell in the room and my husband and I were both stuffy while we were in the room. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Clean nice room in one of the world’s most extraordinary settings. Facilities including food at Lodge were good. Nice to have a huge general store across parking lot

Rooms were too dark, more lights were needed. Safe and alarm clock did not work. Needed a luggage rack in rooms. Most staff were very friendly. Overall it was a great place to stay.
The first impression at front desk was wonderful! Very informative staff!! The room had an odd smell & the carpet needs either cleaning or replacing... the beds were super comfortable. Faucet in bathroom dripped & the shower panel was cracked. Bathroom in serious need of light & a vanity!! Housekeeping was attentive & kudos to laundry... everything was fresh. Great location. Loved the buffet options. Portions were very generous!! The bus driver was so nice & got us a special pass due to my disability. So so helpful!! Thank you for a very peaceful stay!
At first glance, it seemed to be an older place, but I was very pleased with my room. It's conveniently located close to the restaurant and shopping so you can walk if you want. The bus pickup is close by which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and the water pressure is great.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Dirty bathrooms room that made towel black when we wiped it up. No microwave or WIFI in the room. Dog kennel was nice.
Clean rooms and quiet place, but limited parking lot, no wifi on room, if you want to eat something after 10 pm,there are no options nowhere only cold food if you bring something because no microwave
