"The staff was very friendly . Hotel lobby is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and have wood floors and a large bathroom. The view from the room was a gorgeous ocean view from a balcony with 2 high adorondeck chairs. Very quiet. "

"We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel. Beth and Randy wonderful and very accommodating hosts. Very clean and so comfortable living area. Will definitely reserve again"

"Ursa Major/Minor was perfect for our stay in Watercolor. The accommodations were perfect for our group with the ability to congregate in Ursa Minor and rest in Ursa Major. Parking was easy and Exclusive 30A was great to work with and quick to respond! Watercolor is so beautiful it is almost hard to believe it is real and all of the amenities are just a few steps away from the house. We loved it! "

"Samwise went out of his way to accommodate me. Unlike any other hotel that I’ve stayed in this is far from a hotel. It’s like staying in a bed-and-breakfast on the people that take care of you are like family.. Warren was especially wise and sweet… And answered all of my questions… During the mist of a hurricane in Tampa, where all the refugees are crowding in Santa Rosa Beach hibiscus house was reasonably priced, especially being in the location. It is in Grayton Beach… I can’t thank them both enough for what they did and helped me out during my time in need… If you’re ever in Santa Rosa Beach, I would recommend them first before renting any hotel. "
