The room we were given was very outdated and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also the bathroom smelled of mould. We left the window open all night but still could smell it. There was also something white dribbled down the back of the bathroom door that had not been cleaned off. The hand towel had what looked like a small blood stain. Will not be coming back.

An okay room for an overnighht stay.
After 3 room changes we were in. The first room wasn't finished cleaning, the second the TV wouldn't work but the third was good. It is an older motel but was clean.

Very strong smell in bathroom of sewerage, coming from possibly the floor waste. We poured boiling water down the drain but that did not help. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed.

Beds need replacing, very old and uncomfortable. Rooms definitely need lots of work done to them. Mildew in bathrooms. Not our choice of accommodation for our next stay in Griffith. Sorry to say but our honest opinion.

The Citrus is ideally located. Its rooms are basic but served the purpose. The TV was tuned to only a few stations, looked old and could certainly do with replacing. However and importantly, the beds were comfortable, the linens clean and the shower was hot.
