"We frequently stay over night in Fairbanks when we have appointments. This hotel is one of our go-tos, as it has a small (usually warm) pool that always has life jackets and yoys available for our kids, decent breakfast with lots of options and is right in the middle of town with easy access to everything. Rooms are comfortable enough and staff is usually super helpful/enjoyable to chat with."

"Hotel is short on charm ( it’s a conference center) but very clean includes a decent breakfast. Walking distance to downtown sites. There is a coop healthfood supermarket 2 blocks away"

"Short but very enjoyable stay. Free shuttle to the train station which is pretty close by. Managed to see the Northern Lights from right outside the hotel - very lucky! "

"The owner is beyond fantastic! So helpful and amazing communication. The property was immaculate, the bed so comfortable, cozy, and warm apartment with all the amenities I could have wanted. Close to grocery shopping, gas station, restaurants, and expressways. I thought it was a great location and, as a single woman traveler, very safe. This property was the perfect home away from home for me and when I come back to Fairbanks, I will definitely book the property again if it is available! If I could give it more than five stars, I would!"

"Very clean. Everything was clean! Good beds and pillows, with plenty of extra blankets. Large TV. However, no DVD player. It could probably use some books, puzzles and a few movies. The art work on the walls was amazing! Beautiful. Nice flatware, glasses and dishes. No thin little cooking pots here....It would be nice to have one little pot for like a can of soup. There is a nice salad size bowl. It's in a very good location. On a quiet street. We went for a walk. I would most certainly come back here."
