"We could never have had such an amazing visit to St. Maarten without IRE and crew. Cathy was amazing getting us acclimated and actually escorting us to the villa. She made sure we knew everything about it. The team was very supportive. Any asks we had they responded immediately. They let us know things to do, places to park etc. The villa was more than perfect and the cleaning staff even washed and folded our laundry! We will be back and we will be using IRE. Never have we experienced such hospitality."

"Villa Hibiscus is a very large, very well-maintained home on a great beach! The bedrooms are large and all have incredible bathrooms and plenty of privacy. There is more than enough gathering space inside and out to enjoy family/friend time. The pool is one of the largest we've seen in a villa rental - complete with noodles and rafts (which were blown up and waiting for us!) The beach is a little windy and waves break close to the shore, but once past the breaking point, the water is relatively calm and only waist high. There are no rocks or shells. The seaweed does gather a bit on the shore but the beach is wide enough that it is not a bother. Chris was awesome to work with before and during our stay. I highly recommend this house. It is a bit of a drive to many restaurants, but all well worth it."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Nada (the host) was spectacular. She made sure we had all we needed and that all our asks were handled within a day. The location was perfect. Away from the crowded city and traffic, very quite residential neighborhood, and the view of the ocean was what was needed by all of us. We did not see much of Nada, but she was available to attend to tend to all our needs. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. The home was large and comfortable. Each kid had their own space. There was AC in the entire place. Only minor issue (not Nada's fault) was mosquitoes. They tend to gather in the porch area, so they will try to enter the place as soon as you open the door to the porch. We quickly solved that by spraying bug spray and co incidentally we had a bug zapper with us...which was useful for those little critters that still got inside. A tip for those who are staying there...there are a few edible treats in the garden...and some to come in the coming months...ask Nada about them so you can enjoy a little more of St Maarten on your next stay there."

"We were traveling with three families ages 9 to 63. Property is in an extremely secure and beautiful area. Our host Chris exceeded all of our expectations, and the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The beach is beautiful and we had it to ourselves most days. A car is recommended to see the island and facilitate provisioning and adventuring. House is secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the port. All of our questions, and needs were quickly attended to. The kitchen is very well appointed and we were able to cook several group meals. I will definitely come back to this property. Thank you."

"Casa Leone is a little private paradise. The view of St. Barts and Guana bay are the best. The property is very private even though your neighbors and the pool are only a few steps away. The accommodations are not perfect having weathered numerous hurricanes and the relentless wind and tide, but they are well cared for and perfectly functional. We appreciated the brand new A/C units, dual bathrooms, and an additional bedroom suit that would easily accommodate another couple or a small family if need be. There is a short walk to a 1/2 mile beach that is very private. Additionally there is a great hiking trail at the end that has great views of Back and Pelican bays. There are two very sweet dogs that were eager to accompany you on beach walks and greeted us when we returned in the evening. We enjoyed a quiet vacation with Philipsburg, shopping and great restaurants just two miles away. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends."
