"I was in town with extended family for a week visit for family reunion and other events. We loved the large space to spread out with noisy kid rooms on the top floor and everyone else downstairs. We used most of the amenities and appreciated the quiet neighborhood on a culdesac which felt safe and walkable to nearby parks. The grocery store nearby was also very convenient.All in all this was a great value and we would stay again. There were some communication and accuracy issues I want to point out - not to discourage anyone from renting but for you just to be aware and to ask ahead of your stay. First of all, we were aware there would be pool/hot tub serviced but were not informed of the specific cleaning schedule. On our second day of the stay, the hot tub was drained and refilled (probably due to water quality) and took 3 days to reach temperature again. We were disappointed to not have the hot tub for half of our stay, but did enjoy it the days we had it. I would suggest asking about the cleaning schedule. The outdoor gas grill also did not function and needs to be repaired and the couch on the main level near the kitchen has broken feet. All in all these are minor issues but we could have used better communication - some of my messages asking questions about these imperfections were ignored for several days.Thank you for the great stay. would love to stay again with some adjustments made to make it even more comfortable."
