"Staff throughout hotel were friendly and helpful! Jessica texted me in the morning to welcome us and let me know that our room was not ready but she’d text again once it was. NO OTHER HOTEL CHAIN HAS EVER TEXTED WITH INFO PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL!!! Our bed and pillow were comfortably, and heater worked and was quiet. The only deficiency was the bathroom in our room. It was clean and serviced, but fixtures, paint, tub, were old, and walls needed to be patched, repainted, and baseboard tile had been ripped away. "

"The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get one from there. The manager of the hotel is also the maintenance guy. The so called hot breakfast, I wouldn’t even bother. If I were the owner I would take that off the advertisement. The elevator constantly smelt like marijuana and the phone was broken. This place really need some cleaning up."
