"It was my first time in Malta and i could not have chosen a better hotel for the price I paid. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a spacious bathroom. The room had tea and coffee making facilties and i enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning. However the best thing about this hotel was the amazing staff, they were always pleasant and are an absolute credit to themselves. One thing i may change in future and this is not in any way meant to be a criticism is that i may ask for a delux room which i believe have a window out onto the street outside, mine didnt, in my case the window was into the lughting well and was a little dark sometimes. All in all i had a great stay at the Urban Isle Hotel and I wouldnt hesitate to stay again."

"Quite, clean, comfortable. Large rooms. Excellent breakfast, but go before 8:00. Close to Ponsonby bus stop which was convenient to get to Valetta and rest of island. Close to bay promenade and good restaurants. Simon on front desk was most helpful. Genuinely friendly people everywhere. "
