When I checked into the property, I asked to use the restroom. I was Directed into the pool area. The door was not able to close all the way because of the holes in the door and lack of handle on the door. Once I got Checked into my room, A king suite with jacuzzi tub, it was a joke. The room was filthy. The couch pull out bed was broken with no blanket. There was mold in the jacuzzi tub. The mirror was falling off the wall. There was bugs in the shower. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for a blanket, she waited over 10 minutes and no one came. I was Not feeling well or I would have asked for a refund and left the hotel. When we left in the morning, I tried To talk to the staff behind the desk, and was told to reach out to the manager. I’ve reached out 4 times now and no luck. When my daughter and I left The property. The local sheriff department was circling the lot.

The room smelt horrible! The shower curtain was very musty and shower was dirty. The room had holes in the wall that were half replastered and unpainted . Not very clean

The front staff member who checked me in was wonderful. Very kind. We were there for a baseball tournament and a few of the baseball players used the swimming pool so it was nice. The only concern was the heavy smoke smell in my room (it was a non-smoking room).

This property is a mess the curtains are falling down old beds bedding bathrooms and beat up furniture small older TVs my white new socks were black just from walking to the bathroom the outside of the property was not maintained I would not recommend staying at this particular motel unless it’s cleaned up and remolded

I accidentally signed up for a handicap room which I didnt need. I asked for a regular room and they said because I booked thru hotels.com they would not change it. The carpet was old and had bunched up in places. The metal door frame in the bathroom was peeling and rusty. There were holes in the curtains. Breakfast was awful. The sausage appeared to be reheated from the day before

Room had some weird smell and moisture, carpet, bedding and pillows felt damp, breakfast was not good at all either, what was supposed to be warm was cold and milk was sour, coffee dispensers looked like they have never been cleaned

Place has not been updated for very long time, beds, linens, pillows all worn out. Breakfast was poor, coffee was like colored water, when staff got around to making some. Will never stay there again. What happen to this chain?

The room was old and needed repairs. Bathroom had a dripping pipe, toilet was loose, furniture had tears, paint was missing on walls, large stain on vinyl floor.

Hotel staff great!
Reviews for this hotel stated rooms a little musty and beat up. It was a bit, nothing major. I took incense and hotel & room was very clean. Staff was awesome. Handicapped room was booked so gave us one close to entrance. 92 y/o mother slipped in room while there and male employee was able to assist in helping me get her up. Was least expensive and 7 minutes to visit our family.

The hotel was a nice quaint place. Fairly clean with very nice staff. Breakfast was good and easy to get to. Small area made it seem crowded, but it was okay. I'd definitely stay there again. And they allow pets...great!
