Staff had bad attitudes and not hospitable at all! No food choices and the on site restaurant was inconsistent with the hours. $18 for breakfast and it wasn’t worth it! Coffee,Cookie and free water was the best thing about the stay. I would not recommend this hotel as there are other options in the area.

I dont like to leave only negative comments, but i really didnt appreciate the house keepers trying to get in 90 minites before check out, without a knock. Overall my experience was good.

Did not get the room that was reserved for first day They said third party Expedia not a guarantee for room selected. Only guarantee is thru Double tree official website. When asked about room, they said sorry no guarantee paid the same amount.

You can't get a truck in upper parking ramp. Height 6ft. Lower was full. Room- bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion All containers were empty. Heat wasn't working. Coffee pot didn't work. Took 5 hours to get all these taken care of. No full length mirror. One small garbage can for whole double room space.

It is is a good option to stay. Parking at the hotel is not included and is so expensive. But near to the building is possible to find good and cheaper parking places
