Unstaffed but comfortable
Check in was difficult and needed an expensive phone call to get checked in. It was not staffed at any stage. The exterior is dimly lit and in a dark area so it was a little unnerving at night. The shower wasn't draining so I had to be careful not to flood the room. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, the room was silent despite being between train lines and in the flight path of Hamburg airport.

Für eine Übernachtung ok, wenn man die Barcley Arena besuchen möchte. (Shuttle Bus). Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. In meinen Augen zu teuer. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Vom Eingang stolpert man in den "Flur". Ist aber das Wohnzimmer, welches zwei Sessel, einen kleinen Tisch, Mini-Fernseher,( am Treppengeländer befestigt)Garderobenschrank, Wasserkocher und 4 Streifen Instanfkaffee beinhaltet. Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Tipp: Mehrmals unter der angegebenen Nummer anrufen. Nicht locker lassen. Positiv war, das man auf die Terrasse flüchten konnte.

Dårlig mottakelse
Vi ankom kl. 23:30 og jeg hadde ringt på forhånd og opplyst om. Hun jeg snakket med var dårlig i engelsk og hun sa noe om en kodeboks. Vi kom til låst dør og ringte nummeret som sto på døra og etter gjentatte forsøk vi vi endelig kontakt. Fikk etter noe om og men koden til boksen og kom oss inn. Rom i tredje etasje over basik og ingen heis. Rommet var rent og fint. Så ingen i resepsjonen i de tre dagene vi bodde der. Kun en vasker som ikke forsto engelsk.

Völlig ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte in Hamburg. Kleines Zimmer, einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber. Die S-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke.

Dieses Hotel bietet wirklich entzückende Appartements an. Ich kann nur für die vierte Etage sprechen. Man hat mit seinen Nachbarn zusammen eine Dachterrasse, vor jedem Appartement steht ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Innen drin ist alles sehr schmal, das Bett ist oben auf einer Empore. Unten gibt es einen TV, einen Tisch, Sessel, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, mobile Heizung. Badezimmer ist klein mit Dusche. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an der Bahnstrecke und das war teilweise fürchterlich laut. Nun, es gibt meines Erachtens NUR EINEN GRUND, sich hier einzuquartieren und das ist der Besuch im Swingerclub Cantonium. Ein wirklich toller Club mit vielen liebevollen Details und einem großen Raucherbereich innen und außen. Schön, wenn man es in der Nacht nicht so weit hat, ins Bett zu kommen. Für 92 € habe ich im Vergleich allerdings schon mehr geboten bekommen, wie zum Beispiel ein Frühstück.

Unten im Hotel ist eine sehr laute Disco. Der Kühlschrank brummt laut und man hört die Züge. Es riecht muffig und ist sehr unsauber im Flur und Treppenhaus und befriedigend sauber im Schlafbereich. Der Vorteil dieses Hotels ist die Nähe zur Veranstaltung im Park.

Nicht wie auf Bildern !! Alles runtergekommen vor allem die Dachterasse die so schön gezeigt wird. Personal war nicht in der Nähe für Probleme kein richtiger Service !!!

Club im Erdgeschoss an Wochenenden
Auf der Hotel.com-Seite fehlte die wichtigste Info, die nur auf der Internetseite des Hotels steht: "In unserem Haus befindet sich im Untergeschoß ein Club. Es kann dadurch teilweise am Wochenende zu Lärmbelästigung z.b. durch laute Musik kommen." Bei Ankunft an einem Freitag erfuhr ich, dass von 22 h bis 4h morgens eine Tanzveranstaltung im Erdgeschoss stattfand, die "laut" werden würde. Der Bahnverkehr ist wohl ab 5h zu hören, da gleisnah gelegen. Ich musste auf den Aufenthalt verzichten und kann nichts zum Hotel sagen.

Unsere Buchungsdaten lagen in Papierform zum Abhaken bereit, allerdings kamen meine Adressdaten über Expedia wohl nicht bis an die Unterkunft, so dass ich das erst noch händisch eintragen musste. Hat aber auch keiner meinen Personalausweis sehen wollen um zu überprüfen ob das stimmt. Die Unterkunft an sich ist ausreichend. Wir waren zu zwei wegen eines Konzerts im Volksparkstadion dort. Die S-Bahn- und Bushaltestellen sind in ein paar Gehminuten gut erreichbar. Wir haben für die Rückfahrt nachts dann eher ein Taxi gewählt, was uns knapp 11Euro gekostet hat, das war es uns wert. Der Fahrer meinte auch, dass das eher eine dunkle Ecke wäre. Die Umgebung ist tatsächlich nicht besonders einladend. Uns hat hier aber die Zweckmäßigkeit überzeugt.

Leider war unten im Hotel oder am Hotel eine Disco oder Party, die ganze Nacht Laute Musik, schlafen unmöglich, zudem links und rechts Bahnschienen und offensichtlich liegt das Hotel in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Es ist einfach nur laut und Erholung unmöglich.
