Not what I expected.. I paid for a double comfort room, at first they put me in a disabled room, I complained and they moved me to a room with 2 single beds. Over priced and totally out of the way, nothing near. I even got charged for a car which I never had. Never again

It is in a pretty setting, the village is beautiful, the location is not the easiest with one bus trip per hour but the service was spectacular! Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced. I would love to go back and stay on vacation.

Falsely misleading room, disrespect Expedia
The comfort triple is falsely misleading, with a double bed, plus a sofa bed lying low, unfit for elder people. Our request to have a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor was intentionally ignored, assigning us a first level room. We wanted a quiet room, instead our room faces to the side where main highway traffic gives constant noise throughout the night. Apart from these, the hotel itself is not upto the 4-star category. The facilities are dated. There are no amenities in the room. Even toothbrush and razers have to be purchased.
