I would never go there again it was horrible had to switch rooms 4 times and then the glass on the bathroom fell on my sister foot and they did nothing to compensate us the staff is rude we had to always ask for housekeeping and overall horrible

Very discouraged by my stay!!
Disappoint charging my card before checking out over drafting my account by $162.00 dollars tv did not work given face towels to dry body. Did not clean room with fresh towels or sheets. Hope to get some type of compensation if not will call coordinate office and make a report. And blast the experience on Facebook. Hope someone reaches out to me 321-946-4506 within a week!

This property is in a seemingly unsafe location. It is under construction. When I arrived, there were huge dumpsters in the parking lot, the property was not secured, there was plastic up in the lobby area, there was very little lighting and no continental breakfast available. The pictures accompanying the listing do not come even close to the actual condition of this property. There is no way they should be renting rooms.

The conditions of the hotel were terrible. Boxes in the lobby. The room was in poor shape. The doors looked as if they had been broken and the wood was chipping off. The bathroom was dingy. Only some of the lights were working. The deadbolt on the door was broken off therefore we did not feel safe. The beds were worn down and the moment you sat or laid down the mattress would dip inward. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

The lock on the outside of my room did not work and would open to anyone. Had one pillow per bed, shower did not work. Tile in the bathroom was broke and protruding out of the ground. Do not waste your money here

Arrived at the property and was in shock to see it. Look like a hotel out of a horror story. The entire place was just tore up. The room had dry rotted dressers in it. Bathroom was not clean. I stayed all of 15 minutes or less and I left and went and checked into the DoubleTree hotel. I have never been so disappointed in my life!!
