"The Breakwater is a wonderful place to stay in. First of all, the customer service is hands-down above and beyond most of the places I’ve ever stayed in. The location is spectacular, you just look out the window and see the water. The room was clean, neat, and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and bedspread were also very nice and easy on the eyes. White linens with a solid blue bedspread that is tucked under beautifully. There was a refrigerator in the room and TV. The shower water pressure was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and I am happy to very highly recommend it."

"Room was clean...noisy plumbing noise ...noise from 2nd floor....great location...would be hesitant for season....our room had no AC ....under new management that appears committed to taking care of and improving the property"
