Palmera Inn had everything my family and I needed. Having a full kitchen was a bonus! The Loft unit is perfect with a living area and bathroom on main level and a bedroom with additional bathroom upstairs. It was perfect!

Everything was excellent, we were satisfied with everything, especially the hot tub, till I got diarrhea after breakfast, probably due to the porridge with old sausage in it.

Hidden Gem of a hotel on Hilton Head
Overall very nice place with friendly staff. One front desk person needs some custom service training which I told the manager about. The comp breakfast is a plus. Overall, safe (once they fixed the door leading to a wing in the 100 bldg) and convenient if you stay on the south end of the island. Nice people that run it. Recommended. Book thru hotels.com to save $.
