The property was very nice. The staff on the others hand was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. It was not just one of the staff put the front desk over the next several days, every single one of them. They made you feel as though you were an inconvenience their life. I asked to hold a credit card for incidentals, and then charged hundred dollars on it without saying a word. Whenever you ask any questions about the property, you were given misleading information. You are also accosted some time- share High pressure sales person at the front door.

I thought the dog fee was excessive, A majority of pet owners are responsible and dogs are usually house trained etc WE signed a form agreeing to pay for damage, so I am not sure why there is such a large fee to stay one night.

This was a surprisingly great stay! The lofted hotel room with two full bathrooms was quite a surprise, the upstairs one didn’t get warm water though. But it was nice that I could just go downstairs and shower. Pool and hot tub combo was great! We got a good amount of time in and out of both areas. I liked that all the guests were respectful and gave groups chances to enjoy their time together. Lastly, we only experienced one breakfast but it wasn’t tasty. They had yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and bread which was fine but the eggs and French toast were not good. I couldn’t season the eggs to get them better and the French toast was very tough. Overall it was a good daytrip.

Our stay was great. Parking here can be a hassle. The continental breakfast was great with a variety of food selections. They charge resort fees which I think is unnecessary because it’s small and is not really a resort but we book here often regardless of that though.

Overall nice property. The loft room is very spacious and worked well. The downstairs portion of the room includes a kitchen, dining table, bathroom, and living room with a fold out couch. Upstairs included a California king and bathroom. The stairwells were somewhat dirty but not too bad. The stay also comes with a complimentary breakfast. I would certainly recommend for a budget-friendly option.
