Interesting historical building close to a lot of walkable attractions, but can be difficult to locate the entrance/lobby and parking is a nuisance even if Valet is used. The one elevator goes at such a snail's pace that you need to budget an extra 15 minutes to exit the building if you have significant luggage. While the property is quaint, it could use some sound proofing so you don’t have to listen to people above you or in the rooms next to you.

Very nice and on the riverfront where you can watch the boats come up and down and they leave on several fire pits out sit for you to enjoy. Bar staff was very nice and prompt to help

I did not like the 40 dollar parking fee. If I am paying for the hotel, I believe the fee could be a little more reasonable. Also the path to the down town area should be better marked and lit for guest safety.

I was not pleased with attitude of “greatest” as you entered the property. I was also not pleased with the staff who checked me in and the lack of help the next morning. I could go on but not worth the effort. I will not be back. And last December I had a lovely visit to your property. Oh well-
