While this property ticked all our boxes and we were so happy with everything at the start, there was an issue that will make us rethink staying at this establishment again. During our stay there was a film crew there doing some sort of movie shoot. They had blocked the main entrance, the pool was shut off for them and every time we got up to the pool the producer person kept saying 5 more mins, 5 more mins which lasted over half an hour. We ended up leaving the pool and didn’t bother to come back. Guests weren’t notified of the filming and “actors” were talking behind peoples backs and making comments about the guests even though we were just walking through the lobby or front entrance of the hotel. When we approached a guy that worked there about the filming issue he just shrugged at us and didn’t say anything. Probably won’t be staying here again due to the disregard of information provided by the hotel to guests about things that hinders our stay that we paid for.

A great 5 star choice for Ho Chi Minh City
The hotel is well located close to the AirPort but a short distance by taxi to the centre of the city . ( They also provide a complimentary bus ) . The rooms are comfortable and spacious . Breakfast is a treat - enough variety to satisfy everyone. The pool area and pool itself is well appointed and well maintained . The hotel has various Cafe/bar options to choose from. Hotel staff is very service oriented and caring . We found the food in the all day cafe by Reception very tasty and the pricing for everything was fair and not exaggerated .
